  About VinnyRhymes
Half Assyrian half Chaldean “Vin-E,” born “Vincent Jonathon Franso” on May 2nd, 1986 on the blue-collar North West side of Chicago . Born into a family stressed with money, but rich in the values of life; Vin-E’s struggle, determination, and path to success began before he was even conceived. His father was from the slums of Baghdad and moved to the United States to leave the dictatorship of Saddam Hussein and in search of the “American Dream.” His mother was also born in Iraq and moved to the U.S. with the same visions of the freedom and happiness as his father. Vin-E’s mom is the heart and soul of his music, Vin-E strives for greatness so he can give her the life that she deserves. His father is a different story. He left the family when Vin-E was only one year old and he has been a distant figure ever since. Without a real father, Vin-E’s older brother and role model Patrick, became the paternal figure and shaped him into the person he is today. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ever since Vin-E can remember, he was constantly kicking rhymes with friends, but he knew in his soul that hip-hop as a career was his destiny. Over the years Vin-E’s music has become a reflection of the life that has surrounded him; from gangs, drugs and murder to suicide and prison. Not meaning he makes music to depress you, he raps to enlighten you and remind you never to give up. His lyrics are all real life occurrences and Vin-E translates those experiences through his hip-hop. People who have felt those pains and struggles can understand and relate; and the people who haven’t can only imagine. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hip hop is a lifestyle for Vin- E. To date in his musical career; Vin-E is a feature artist in Chicago‘s Force 17 group and compilation album, has been featured on tracks with many of Chicago’s premiere artists, he has upcoming tracks with producers of WuTang Clan, and has an award winning music video for Force 17’s Chicago anthem, “Say What”. His highly anticipated mix tape “From the Mid-East to the Mid-West-Victory.Is.Never.-Ending (Vol.1)” will be hitting the streets late 2008. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ With his unique upbringing; his raw, distinctive sound and his relentless dedication to mind-blowing lyrics, Vin-E has become the talented and motivated artist that he is today. Vin- E is a force to be reckoned with and is not only blazing a path in world of hip hop, but he is conquering the hustle we call life. Vin-E is the new American Dream…
