My name is Raphael Mathis, Im from Greenville South Carolina. First off I would like to take the time to truly thank you for your willing contribution to my lifes dream, just to know that I have a chance to display my talent to a major recording company has really gassed my drive. Im not looking for a deal just guidance and knowledge on how to better my craft, but if you are searching for producers to sign look no further. The only equipment I have is a XP- 60 Roland, a computer, acid pro5.0, and Fruity-Loops, man Im telling you if I had the funds to start a studio my music would be more pure, the tracks you are hearing right know were produced by the equipment listed above. My music history started in middle school band at Hughes Academy where I played the trombone for three years. Following that I went to Southside High School. Starting my freshman year I played the trombone and self taught myself how to play the saxophone by ear. My Sophomore and Senior year I found a new interest in music, the keyboard(piano) in which I also play by ear. My senior year a new student came to my band class and he was from Atlanta and he introduced me into track making and ever since that day I have been at it just sculpting my art throughout the years, Im twenty one now and Im trying to have or be close to a finished product. My goals is to get my name out by networking, listening, following, and then leading. My dream is to be a well known PRODUCER AROUND THE WORLD, and to GIVE BACK TO WHAT WAS GIVIN 2 ME. Its not about the money to me but I know it takes money to make money, I have nothing but a dream they can take everything away but my DREAM and my FAMILY will never go away.
