Joshua was born on June 28th 1988 in Philadelphia, Pa, and raised in Sicklerville, New Jersey. Josh was always interested with anything that had to do with music. As a child Joshua wasn‘t able to listen to rap music. One day while sneaking a listen to a local hip hop station, his mother came in the room and caught Josh and his brother with the radio playing a hip hop mix. She told them if they wanted to listen to that style of music then they had to write a hip hop Gospel song that had meaning. Josh and his brother took the challenge in 1999, and Josh has not stopped rapping since.

It wasn‘t until 2005 when Josh took his music career from an everyday hobby to a serious profession. Living down in a small town, Parmele North Carolina, he could only do two things to pass the time. Study in school, and write/ record songs. During his senior year in high school money grew scarce. His mother wasn‘t making enough money to fully provide for them at the time. Josh took it upon himself to rely on his talent to help ends meet rather than resort to selling drugs. His solo mix tapes sold enough to keep money in his pocket so that his mother wouldn‘t have to provide for him.

Since then, Josh has released 4 solo albums and has appeared on countless mix tapes and features. He continues to make a name for himself everywhere he goes by bringing quality music back to the ears of listeners.
